Hi, my name is Elen.
And I am a Web3 product manager.
My story
I began exploring IT management in 2021, diving into project and product management. Over time, I noticed a significant gap in structured, high-quality information within the Armenian IT community. To bridge this gap while deepening my expertise, I localized and contributed to projects focused on project management and Web3.
Since then, my career has evolved beyond research—I now work as a Community Manager and Product Manager at a leading Web3 cybersecurity company. Alongside my professional work, I actively explore Web3 security, cybersecurity, and management methodologies, constantly learning and applying best practices.
Beyond my main role, I engage in side projects, blending technical components with management and continuously improving my proficiency with top industry tools to enhance workflow efficiency and decision-making - because that is fun :-)

Web3 Fundamentals

This project allows you to explore the core concepts and nuances of the Web3 world (in Armenian). You'll get acquainted with how to become a Web3 user, as well as with such interesting concepts as NFT, DAO, and DEFI. As an add-on, the project explains the consensus mechanism (Proof-of-Work, Proof-of-Stake), Smart Contracts, and Blockchain technology.
Pasta Timer – A Fun Little App I Built 🍝

I created this simple app to get some hands-on experience with coding and design—despite having zero coding knowledge when I started. It was a fun challenge where I threw myself into figuring things out, testing ideas, and making something that actually works!
My app does exactly what it should—helps you cook pasta perfectly without overthinking it.

My Startup
On my spare time, I work on a hobby startup project called "Cookie Jar", in which I aim to ensure a low turnover rate of employees in the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) sector. Cookie Jar provides a set of tools for businesses to organize their in-house processes more efficiently. The toolkit includes features like employee schedule management, performance tracking, loyalty programs, and a lot more.
Within this project, I have reached several significant milestones, among which:
- Conducted market research, and collected the data over face-to-face conversations, surveys, and hands-on work in a few different restaurants and cafes;
- Developed an initial version of the Cookie Jar app wireframes in (Whimsical.com).
- Written a detailed product requirements document (PRDs) of the project in Confluence
- Together with a friend, we've developed an initial version of app designs in Figma

One of the underlying ideas of this project was for me to build a project from scratch where I'll be involved in all the necessary activities from concept to shipping.
A few facts about me

- For 8 years, I was an actor in NCA Small Theater (Yerevan, Armenia);
- I was a student at Yerevan Academy of Fine Arts;
- Created my own AI agent
- This is the first time I have used a no-code system to build a website :-).
